Hmmm!  This one is interesting.  I am not sure how this got to be a 
public post as it was addressed in my response solely to Bob.  Wonder if 
Netscape 2.02 is doing something odd with the constantly mutating list 
protocol. . .

Does anyone who has been researching the ins and outs of the way the list 
server was/is working as part of the recent discussion have any light to 
shed on why it would be doing this?
