A wonderful Oriental ointment. It comes in three strengths: normal (white), 
strong (red), and ultra (black). The normal is somewhere between Ben Gay and Icy
Hot. The strong (red) is wonderfully warming--phenomenal for bruises. [CAUTION:

ultra is warmer still--and I finally found someone in the US that sells it.

You can usually find it at your local Oriental grocery store or herbalist (if 
memory serves me, Miriam?)
