I believe the King's Missiliers was awarded by the Thrones to deserving
subjects, not a badge for use by the general populace. In any case, it and
the Nimrod are now closed and the Order of the Yew Bow has taken their
place. This I know is by Royal Award, although it does not currently have a
badge registered. Triton informed me that such a badge must be approved by
the Crown, which has not yet done so. (Has this been overlooked, Your
Majesties, among the many myriad details of ruling?)
There was a badge registered to the Guild of Achers:
(Fieldless) A bow drawn and armed with an arrow argent, flighted azure,
within an annulet argent.
The Archers Guild seems to have dwindled away. Contact the Kingdom Archer
Marshal, Lady Dealla Cohen, (410) 766-1928 (SnailMailing address in the
Acorn; no email) as to whether this badge can be used by the general archer
populace.
In service to Atlantia and Atlantians,
Lady Alanna Volchevo Lesa
Pursuivant, Barony of Lochmere
