WHOA!!!!
there was a deadline for refund requests?
and this is posted on the internet and hardly anywhere else?
Granted, electronic communication is quite widespread, but depending on web
pages to disseminate important information is less than totally responsible
on the part of those in charge of getting that information out to the public.

What if someone requests a refund and then goes to Pennsic.  
Major loophole.
