MR:REQ:Rapier legal garb

Several folks in our barony have decided to take up rapier and have asked if
I would consider making them some nifty garb.  I would like to know what the
standards are before I give my answer.  I am especially interested in
rapier-legal wear for women.  Any input would be gratefully appreciated.
