I have been asked to find an illuminator for a coworker.  If you live in or 
near Roxbury (Gaithersburg, MD) and want to make a few bucks, or know someone

Wanted: illuminator to dress up an invitation.

I have a printed invitation, 4.5" x 6", black ink on buff card stock.  I would
like to have this invitation dressed up, framed, and presented to a special
friend as a gift.  I would like it done by the end of October if possible.
