About a decade ago, I bought a couple of cassettes from AEd the
Bard of Avignon when I saw him at Pennsic.  They're called
"Errantry - Crystal" and "Errantry - Tresses", and one of
them (I forget which) includes "Cookies, Music & Sex".
If you're going to Crown Tourney, I could lend you the tape
there.

However, the version on the tape doesN'T talk about the
kind of cookie we've been talking about on this thread;
that kind of cookie is covered in another AEd song on one
of those tapes: "The Court Song" ("...and we all said, 'huh?'")
