Just like it's spelled.

Imagine spending seven days and nights at the Pennsic War,
staying up every night until the wee hours, and waking up
every morning at not very much bigger hours (from the heat
of your tent and the herald's cry).  Then, as you pack up
your car, suffering sleep deprivation, you are asked your
assessment of your stay.  Your bleary mind can't decide
between "It's been a week long" and "It's been a long week",
and so you say both at once: "It's been wlonk."

That's how to pronounce it.
