Well, let's see -- Pelicans are peers by service, so Anti-Pelicans would be
Anti-Peers by anti-service, i.e. by running down the service efforts of
others.  As an example:

A-P: "Those !@#$%^ heralds don't know what they're doing!  I've been trying
for *five years* to get a name and device passed, and they keep bouncing it
deliberately, just because they don't like the name 'Demonslayer' or my cool
arms with a red demon on a black field!  They're all just out to get more
money..."

I'm sure that others could fill in their exemplars as well.
