Might I suggest that, if the need to make negative comments strikes you after
reading a post, sit on them for 24 hours, then re-read the post.  Then, if you still
feel that need, express them to the _Individual_ not the entire list.  This may go
a long way in keeping tempers in check.  It is frequently the case that people
who feel publically attacked will be angrier than those who are confronted in
private by well thought out responses.
