Caer Mear investigation (was Caer Mear Masqued Ball)

Peter H Clarke and several others have voiced concern about the
Investigation 
of certain events, etc in Caer Mear.

In the current Acorn, everyone can read the text of the Commission, as
presented by the Board of Directors of the Society to Baron William de
Montgilt, who heads the investigation.  Certainly by publishing this
document in the Acorn we have
not been "keeping everyone in the dark" as was claimed - one must allow
for things like the fact that the Acorn deadline is three weeks prior to
its publication and mailing.
