It is almost always more cost-effective to be on-board, if spaces are
available.  You get at least one meal, usually 2 or 3.  I remember one Sacred
Stone Fri night-Sun morning event, where my 2 children and I had 5 meals, a
cabin, and LOTS of fun, for about $20.  Try doing that at home, even with the
gas money!!!!  It costs that to see a first-run movie!
