Why not?

I'll kick it off with a potion of my own devising in a fit
of experimentation earlier this year when the sekanjabin recipies
were being traded here i/on the Tavern:

Raspberry Vinegar and Catnip Sekanjabin

This definitely falls into both the 'Harmless' and 'Vile' categories;
it won't kill you and while it has an interesting aroma, the taste
is not altogether pleasant.  'Vile' pretty much says it all.

The best way I can describe it is...  it makes your teeth feel sharper.
