Valerian - Sweat sock cocktail indeed!

I take it in capsule form for headaches and as a sleep aid when I get all 
stressed out. I have to wash it down with something flavorful, not water. Then 
I have to wash my hands or I might get them near my face and smell the stuff. 
Nasty!!!
