Actually the point isn't so much being able to project vocally properly,
most folks
know the basic techniques I think.  The point is to be able to project
that well for
a long period of time.  I can usually hear the Oyez and sometimes the
first paragraph
of the promissory or the first two sentences from a royal but  then the
voice usually
dies down and gets almost to a standard conversation level.
