Attention all scops, skalds, bards, jongleurs, minstrels, 
gleemen, and other assorted poets, storytellers and singers:

The flyer for the Tourney of Ymir (4-15-97) mentions a "Poetry-
spoken" competition to be held. I wanted to let people know that 
it has been transmorgified into an open "bardic" competition with 
a Norse/Viking theme. Any kind of documentation is nice, but not 
absolutely necessary. If you've never competed before this is a 
wonderful opportunity to gain experience and wisdom from our 
panel of "expert" judges and maybe win some loot. Questions can 
be referred to me.
