Oops...
I forgot to say something...  The American Indian Cultural Association has
centers set up throughout the US, and they provide a lot of help with
clothing, music, dance and other things relating to Native American culture.
 The Order of the Arrow, through the Boy Scouts of America can also help with
finding information.  You might also be able to contact the tribe that
catches your interest directly, although most tribes are very wary of
outsiders, or the intentions thereof...  so choose wisely.
