Cream Cordials

Does anyone know how to add cream to a cordial and not make it curdle? 
Like what they do For Bailey's Irish Cream or Venetian Cream?  Mistakes are
expensive in both money invested or time spent.  I have some good ideas for
several chocolate cordials
