On behalf of Lord Ragnar Blackhammer-autocrat of Emerald Joust- do I bring
greetings to the populace of Atlantia.

Emerald Joust will soon be here and the attendance is expected to be large.
In order for the day's events to proceed properly and expeditiously there
is a great need for field heralds and marshalls. If anyone is in a position
to help with these duties, please check at the troll's desk for a sign up
sheet.
If you are not in a position to help, please come and enjoy the festivities
planned for this weekend.
