The Atlantian Commission was introduced along with its makeup & purpose in
the December 1996 issue of the Acorn on pages 2 and 3.  If you can't get a
copy of that issue, you may be able to find it at the Acorn web site at
http://acorn.maxson.com.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.  Or you can ask the
