Thanks to the heralds....

I'd like to thank the heralds on the list for clearing up some
misinformation and myths concerning how things are done.  I for one thought
there was a great deal more structure to the whole thing than there is, and
a lesser burden on individual heralds.  I see now that they are struggling
under a great weight of work.  Yikes! It sounds like the process may need a
little tweaking...
