According to the Storvik news letter, The Drekkar, the
directions to the Monday night fight practice are:

Practice at the Church of the Ascension,
633 Sligo Ave.
Silver Spring, Md. from 7 - 9:30 PM

Take your best route to the Beltway (I-495). Take
Georgia Ave. (Rt 97) toward Siver Spring Follow Georgia
Ave. through downtown Silver Spring (several traffic lights)
and take a left onto Sligo Ave. (traffic light). [If you
go under the train tracks, you've gone too far.] Proceed
on Sligo about four blocks. The church is on the left. 
[If you reach Piney Branch Rd. turn around] You can park
in the circular driveway if there is room. The fighter 
practice is in the fellowship hall (to your left as you
face the church).
