The barriers to that most wonderful and idiotic enterprise are these:
4) I need to build the townhouse
3) I need a trailer to carry and store the townhouse I haven't built
2) I need a vehicle to tow the trailer I don't own
1) I need to finish my dissertation before taking on any significant
	project

I'm in the process of resolving barrier number 1.
