computer stuff and virus

In line with the recent discussions on computer literacy, Have you ever
heard some of the stuff a computer support tech hears?  Here are some of
the best ones I ever heard.

A women called up and said that her computer would not start.  The Tech
asked her the usual questions, was it pluged in (I here thats #1 on the
list by the way) was everything hookup right, and so on. To make it a short
story, the women finilly tells the tech that she has been stepping on the
gas peddle and nothing was happening.  What gas peddle the tech
wondered......you guessed it, it was the mouse. The lady thought it was the
go button......

This one is my favorite..

A man called up and was quite upset..it seemed that his computers cup
holder had broken on his computer and he wanted to know if it was covered
in the warranty..
yep, it was the CD holder...the man used it as a coffee holder
