Nay, m'lady, neither you nor I shall be Empress, be it by right of Arms, 
Legs, or Brians.  Clearly only Efen has that certain -quality- that sets 
him apart, making him worthy. He is clearly a spiritual descendant of 
Norton the First, Emperor of San Franciso.
