Netscape for an SCA Web Page (Help!)

Greetings, O Pennsic Panicked Ones,

In my previous temping assignment I found myself with long periods of time
with nothing to to.  During these periods I was encouraged to play around on
Netscape Communicator.  In the course of one afternoon I found a web page
builder thingie and composed a really cool SCA web page.  Before I could
finish making corrections to what I'd already done and finish building the
rest of it, I found a (much) better assignment with another company.  Now I'm
Netscape-deprived (boo hoo).

What I'm looking for is a few hours of access to a computer equipped with
Netscape Communicator in Northern Virginia.  I will bring the beverage of your
choice - within reason.    :-)
