Greetings all!

If anyone has any information on how to go about getting a misplaced record of
authorization, please let me know...My lord Ruariridh Authorizeds a few months
ago and now there seem to be no record of his having done so.  He really wants
to be able to fight at Pennsic.  His name id David McDowell   Sca=Ruariridh
Kensie Scott McDoughall.
