Many musical instrument stores often carrry dumbecs as regular stock and
will have the replacement heads as well. Plus many of these stores will
replace the head for you on request, but most charge a fee. As far as
getting a head for all weather, get a synthetic head as this material will
resist the weather to a far greater degree as oppposed to a natural head.
