sheild weights

I have to agree with Richard. I started out with a fairly large 
sheild thinking it was more to hide behind, but in reality it was  a 
large obstacle, I didnt move very much and had a hard time throwing 
shots around, and resulted in a permanent dent around my left temple 
area. Recently, by a suggestion of his Highness I have moved to a  
very tiny sheild <aprox  1'x 2'>. Now at first I was not pleased with 
the small sheild, but now after a short week or so of use, My 
blocking is better ,because I am actually moving my sheild 
around me instead  of me trying to  move around my sheild. And it no 
longer gets in the way when I  am attempting to throw shots. So  for 
me a small sheild, is the best armor/training improvment tool that 
has come down the road in a while.
