Just for your amusement...

Every week, my daughter has to write sentences based upon the words in her
vocabulary list.

Last night, we hit one that totally stumped us both.  Neither of us could
easily come up with a modern (and not SCA) usage for "acknowledgment".  Too
much SCA influence, eh?
