Feast Space for Twelfth Night

Poster: Dryw Freed <web4539@charweb.org>

> Unto the Good Gentles of Atlantia, Greetings from Lady Dryw MacMorcat,
> Reservationist for Their Majesties Celebration of Twelfth Night,
>
> I write this to inform you of the status of feast for Twelfth Night.
> Formal seating for feast is currently 100% full. However, we have been
> able to open up some additional seats in another room, which will be
> served Middle Eastern style. (For those of you who are not familiar with
> this, it means that you should bring your own pillows, blankets, and/or
> rugs to sit on, as seating will be on the floor) There are approximately
> 25 spaces remaining for gentles who do not mind this kind of seating.
> The remaining reservations will be handled in the following ways:
>
> 1) If you already have a confirmed seat but would prefer Middle Eastern
> seating, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can make the
> appropriate changes.
>
> 2) Only send me a check for a NEW reservation if you are willing to be
> seated in the Middle Eastern fashion.
>
> 3) When you send me your reservation, please let me know whether you want
> to be on a waiting list. People with Middle Eastern seating will be at
> the top of the waiting list for formal seating; people who do not send
> reservations in time for ANY seating will be offered whatever is
> available. (There is no way to be put on a waiting list for only one
> type of seating).
>
> Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
>
> In service,
> Dryw
