Whilst reading a copy of Silverwing's Laws for the SCA, my wife,
Evantia, had a commentary on the following:

"30.  Always assume that the Crown can. [SaK]"

She said, "Never assume that the Crown WILL!"

With an attitude like that, it's a good thing for me that she's on my
side (at least , I THINK she is).
