Figures somebody would be overjoyed on this idea!!  ;->  The original

And if that were to happen, you'd have very few people at Pennsic.
Non-late period fighters would have to replace their armor with Elizabethan
style armor, and that's just insanely expensive.  I for one flat out refuse
to spend the entire time wearing three layers of clothing, which includes
stays!  If we take your example to its absurd but logical conclusion, a
lady could get hassled over refusing to wear a wheel farthingale and period
makeup (which includes white lead, FYI).  That is ludicrous.

Neither is iced cappucino, but it was merchanted at Pennsic two years ago.
Gee, does that mean that we can't have iced cappucino, or worse, **no**
**chocolate** **milk**???  Horrors!!!
