Missing MoAS reports

Greeting unto the populace of Atlantia!

This is just a brief but stern reminder that I have only received a
little more than 50% of the MoAS reports required for the fourth
quarter.  Those who have turned them in are applauded for their
diligence.  Those who have missed two reports or more WILL be removed
from office starting at Unevent.  If you have any questions about your
track record, feel free to ask me.

Please cross post this to other group lists, Stierbach and Windmaster's
excluded since their reporting record is superb.
