I don't know about your baronial orders (Sacred Stone, Phoenix' Eye, and
Phoenix Claw) but I would assume they are Service, Arts and Fighting.  

As for the other positions, they are Society wide, and you really should
find out what each does and means.  You can find this information for
this Kingdom in the Red Tape, the Kingdom book of laws and policy.  This
is viewable...and down loadable at http://acorn.maxson.com/www-rdtp.htm.
This also will give you access to the Kingdom awards..so you can know
what they are and what they are given for.  
But, in a nutshell...

Seneschale- Legal representative of your group and sort of responsible
for making sure everything runs and runs by the rules

Chatelaine- Person in charge of newcomers.  Helping them get their
bearings and becoming acclimated to the SCA.  They also sometimes are in
charge of recruitment sorts of things like demos.

Herald- 2 kinds here...book and vocal.  Book heralds are there to help
you find and document and pass a name and a device. Vocal (Court and
field) are for making announcements either in court or on the field, or
just about anywhere...the town criers, as it were.  

Marshal-responsible for the fighting.  Seeing that people get proper
training and are playing by the rules needed for safety and fair
conduct.

Mistress of the Lists- These are responsible for all the organization
and paperwork associated with the fighting.  They tract the outcomes of
the matches and tourneys, as well as who is currently an authorized
fighter.

Minister of A&S- Their job it to promote and facilitate the arts in
their area.  Also to act as contact point for people wanting to know who
to get in contact with to learn specific crafts or skills.

Exchequer- treasurer and keeper of financial paperwork!!! (bow down and
give thanks!)

Chronicler- Newsletter editor, possibly historian for the group in some
places.
