re: courtly behavior

 I see alot of referances to carry items opening doors and such, 
and true that was the only thing I mentioned. But the is so much 
more than that to true Courtly grace. It is more of a mental mindset 
than anything else. To do it because it is expected is well and fine, 
but to do it because it is right, is the purest reason of all. To 
honestly believe in your mind, the worthiness of ladies as i put forth 
in my previous missive that is what i am speaking about., its hard 
to put a finger on exactly what it is i am talking about, even i have a 
hard time articulating it. Its not about wether or not the lady is 
capable of carrying the item or not, but that she should not have to. 
Also, if you ask and the lady says no, that is fine, you need not be 
insistant, it is not the act of doing the task or carrying the object 
that defines courtly grace, but that you thought enough to ask.
