No argument there.  I have yet to attend a Pennsic, and for some time,
that was predominantly because the stories I heard about it centered
around one of three things:

Heavy Combat,
Massive Drinking Parties, and
Casual Sex.

Now, I don't fight heavy, I don't drink, and have never put much stock
in the idea of casual sex.  Doesn't leave a lot there left to interest
me enough to make the long trip and layout the cash necessary for
Pennsic... ;-)

I realize now that Pennsic is a lot more than just those three (I hear
an occasional nifty thing can be picked up at the handful of merchnats
that are there ;->), but first impressions die hard...
