Okay, call me crazy..*pauses to allow everyone to call her crazy*

Wouldn't it be possible to hold completely in-character events? You
couldn't hold *everyone* to it, of course, but perhaps the people who
want to really get into their character would, and have that snowball
effect, only in reverse!

That is, assuming that there are enough people interested in this type
of thing..but I think that there would be..
