Stilhavn General Meeting Announcement

Unto the folk of Atlantia, from the Stilhavn Steering Committee, greetings.

Gentle friends,

The next general meeting for the proposed Principality of Stilhavn in
Atlantia will be held on March 21st (the Sunday after Coronation) from 2 to
4 p.m. at the Northeast Community Center in Chesapeake Beach, MD. If you
need information on the site or have questions, please contact Vard (Ken
Buzzard) at 301-737-0437 or e-mail him at SCAVard@aol.com. In the event of
an emergency, the site phone number is 410-257-2554 (directions are below).
As an added incentive, there will be a dance practice following the meeting.
Come, join us to see what's going on first hand and don't forget your
dancing shoes!

General meeting agenda items include committee reports as well as scheduling
the laws discussion and next polling.

The newly formed Communications Committee will be providing information at
upcoming events such as Coronation. Please feel free to contact them about
any matters relating to the principality. Co-Chairs: Baroness Brenna of

DIRECTIONS TO THE MARCH MEETING:
Take your best route to Chesapeake Beach, which is on the border of Calvert
& Anne Arundel Counties, MD, on the Chesapeake Bay.

Once in Chesapeake Beach on Rt. 260 East:
Go all the way to the "T" intersection at the end of Rt. 260. Make a right
on Rt. 261 (Bayside Road) and go about 1/4 mile to Gordon Stinnett Avenue.
Make a right on Gordon Stinnett Avenue and then turn left immediately past
the waterpark into the parking lot. The Center is the large gray building
with the very blue roof. The entrance is by the flagpole.

>From Prince Frederick, MD:
Take Rt. 2/4 north from Prince Frederick and turn right on Plum Point Road
(Rt. 263). Go 4 miles, bear left onto Bayside Rd (Rt. 261), and follow
another 5 miles or so into Chesapeake Beach. Go over the bridge, and make
the next left onto Gordon Stinnett Avenue. Turn left immediately past the
waterpark into the parking lot. The Center is the large gray building with
the blue roof. The entrance is by the flagpole.
