To which I would add, "but make sure you are positive it is a real
concern, and not another hoax."  If you don't know how to verify such
emails that come in your in-box, DON'T SEND IT ON TO SOMEONE ELSE --
that's just the digital equivalent of mindless gossip.  Ask someone who
knows what they are doing to verify it for you, such as your ISP's
SysAdmin, or help line, or a network professional.
