Hotel information for Crown Tourney

Greetings to all assembled in this Tavern so early in the morning,

First I would like to apologize in advance for the inconvenience that this
may cause some of you.  As I have mentioned before, Washington and Lee
University is celebrating its 200th anniversary and alumni weekend the same
weekend as Crown Tournament.  Due to this, hotels in a 20 miles radius of
the site have been booked solid since Twelfth Night.  If you have a period
or modern tent, you still can camp.  :)

There are two hotels in the approximate area (being about a 30 minute drive
each direction) that have blocks of rooms available.

If you are in need of crash space (limited and distant, though it may be),
please contact Countess Bera Thorbjornardottir (Tracie Whitfield) at (540)

*There is no group rate at this hotel, but rooms are $54/night for two
double beds.

*There is a group rate of $55/night for 1-4 guests in each room.
Please indicate that you are with the SCA to get the group rate.
