It's probably going to depend on the type of church.  Most Catholic and 
(I bet)
Episcopalian churches shouldn't mind alcohol at a wedding on the
premises.  The Baptist and some of the other Protestant churches will
probably not allow it.
Kind of depends of the general attitude of that particular denomination
towards alcohol.......
