Well put. This is definitely my idea of courtesy.  As far as Pennsic in
particular goes, there are also things specific to camping together -
do your share of the chores in camp, leave the group common area free
of your stuff when you leave camp or retire for the night,be tactfull
and upbeat if you need to correct someone's behavior (assume the best,
give benefit of the doubt, consider the needs of those in your
camp/household/family who are less able/strong/knowledgable than you.  

As far as honor, there are things like - do what you said you would do,
which includes not making unreasonable commitments that you can't keep,
pay your fair share, behave honestly off and on the field of battle,
respect the rules of the camp, the site, the SCA and the law.
