     Greetings to the patrons of the Merry Rose from Deoca of Elvegast,
     
     Speaking of Gulf Wars, does anyone know when it will be held this 
     year, or how I can get more info on it. I've heard that it's a 
     wonderful event, something about a permanent site and the beginnings 
     of a castle? I'd love to try to make it and now seems an appropriate 
     time to start planning.
