I for one think it is a nice idea.  It gets he recognition with a lot of
people.  It is a good chance for her to practice her craft, and it would help
offset the cost.  A good technique I once saw used in a similar situation was
this.  A man drawing portraits in an outdoor mall invited me to come sit for
10 or 15 minutes to get mine done free of charge.  By the time he was done
with my portrait, quite a large crowd had gathered, and he had a line
forming.  I got a free portrait, and he got a lot of prospective customers.
 This same technique may work at Pensic as well.
