Actually, I would like to be, since my persona is Walachian (although 
Hungarian through the mother's side).  Got any 
good cookbooks?  I found an interesting recipe somewhere for some kind of 
Transylvanian eggplant dish.  Sounded absolutely wonderful, but don't 
know how period it is.  Got any good period Romanian dishes?
