October archive updated

The archive of messages posted in October has been placed
in ftp.netcom.com under the subdirectory /pub/lo/lovelace/atlantia.
The name of the file is atlantia-l-oct-1995.gz.  Also in that 
directory are other archive files and the Atlantia Frequently
Asked Questions file.  The archive files are compressed with
Gnu Zip.  If you are using MS-DOS and do not have a copy of
Gnu Zip, you can find one in the directory /pub/lo/lovelace/utils.
