I am always a proponent of "free" solutions rather than throwing money
at problems. Just call me the Stone Soup Kid.

But, to put things in perspective, how much money are we talking about?

Has a satisfactory service been identified that charges money or are
we still in the brainstorming phase of this?

Is Tanner paying more than just his own Netcom charges so that we
can all chatter at each other? If so, that's darn nice of him; but
we might want to look for a free method or raise him some funds.

I'm going to ask around for a freebie solution.
