Oh, and one tactic I forgot: if he gives a PO Box, then either he bought it
as a business, in which case his address & phone number are available on
request from the local postmaster (snailmail this time, not email); or he
didn't, in which case he's using a residential box for business purposes,
and can get in trouble for that.
