Here is the information you requested.
I have included the instructions for the Land Allocation System (LAS)
-and- a copy of the Land registration form. The form is NOT manditory, 
but I think it does show the Proper format that is wanted.

PENNSIC 23 LAND RUSH

Once again, the rush for Pennsic land, looms upon the horizon. This year
the land distribution will be brought to you by Landgraf Edward Zifran Von
Gendy (that's a familiar name). So, on to the information you all want.

HIGHLIGHTS OF CHANGES

A)- This year the amount of area alloted,for each group, will be 350
Square Feet Square Feet Per Person, PRE-REGISTERED AS OF JUNE 22, 1996.
Please see the announcement about how to pre-register in previous
Newsletters. I will receive, from the Pre-registration agent, on or about
July 2, 1996, a list of groups and the official number of people who have
preregistered for that group. 

B)- Group names become VERY important. People are encouraged to get
together and decide on one(1) name. Brotherhood of the Big Swords will be
treated as a separate group from Big Swords Brotherhood. 

C)- People may receive the forms and information via electronic access
this year. The addresses to write to and/or see are:

viscount@whitebelt.com to receive this document and forms to download and
fill out. 

GENERAL RULES

1).- AN ONSITE REPRESENTATIVE IS REQUIRED OF EACH GROUP FROM AUG.3TH 

2).- 350 SQUARE FEET PER "PRE-REGISTERED" PERSON -125 PEOPLE PER CAMPSITE
MAXIMUM

3).- ALL FINAL REQUESTS MUST BE TYPEWRITTEN -HANDWRITTEN WILL BE NOT BE
ACCEPTED AND RETURNED. 

4).- CANADIAN MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE POSTAGE ON THEIR REQUESTS,
BUT WILL STILL HAVE TO INCLUDE ALL SASE'S AND SASP'S AND WILL BE ASKED TO
REIMBURSE POSTAGE UPON ARRIVAL AT CAMPGROUND. 

5).- DO NOT CALL THE HOUSE,UNLESS I CALL YOU FIRST AND ASK YOU TO CALL. 

6).- BE PATIENT. TRYING TO ARRANGE SPACE FOR 9600 PEOPLE CAN BE TEDIOUS
AND MISTAKES DO HAPPEN. 

7).- HANDICAPPED CAMPING, THIS WILL INCLUDE ONLY THOSE WITH PHYSICAL
HANDICAPS , AS DEFINED BY THE PENN. STATE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPT., AND
IMMEDIATE FAMILY. 

8).- ALL LETTERS/REQUESTS/FINAL REQUESTS MUST BE SENT TO:

9).- JUST LIKE THE SNOWSUITED CHILD, GO OUT AND PLAY AND HAVE FUN.

TIME SCHEDULE

MARCH 15TH, 1996 - EDWARD BEGINS TO SEND OUT INFORMATION, MAPS, RESPONSE
	           TO INQUIRIES, ETC.... 
MARCH 30TH, 1996 -  EDWARD WILL START ACCEPTING FINAL REQUESTS FOR LAND.
JUNE 29TH,  1996 -  FINAL POSTMARK DATE TO REQUEST LAND (SEE PROCEDURES).
JULY 25TH,  1996 -  EDWARD LEAVES TO THE WAR AND SETTING UP THE CAMPGROUND.
AUGUST 2TH, 1996 - 12 NOON, TROLL OPENS. TEMPORARY CAMPING AREA FOR THOSE
	           ARRIVING EARLY. 
AUGUST 5TH, 1996 - 9AM - LAND OFFICE OPENS FOR REGISTRATION, NEGOTIATIONS
                   AND ASSIGNMENTS. 
AUGUST 6TH, 1996 -  10AM - NON-REGISTERED GROUPS ASSIGNMENTS
AUGUST 18TH,1996 - SUNDOWN - EVERYONE HAS GONE HOME, EDWARD COLLAPSES AND
		   HUG HIS UNDERSTANDING WIFE, AND PROMISES NOT TO DO THIS
	           AGAIN...(until they bully him into it again)

So, there you have it for time schedule. Now, we shall go to "HOW TO GET
THIS ALL SEWN UP". 

		REQUESTS PROCEDURES FOR MAPS AND INFO:

A).-BY MAY 30, 1996 WRITE TO EDWARD AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS REQUESTING A MAP
AND/OR INFORMATION. THE MAP NUMBERING WILL BE THE SAME AS LAST YEAR. THE
MAP FOR THIS YEAR WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL AREAS SO IF YOU WANT TO SEE THESE
AREAS, PLEASE WRITE FOR A MAP. INCLUDE A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE
WITH $0.32 STAMP. IF YOU WISH YOU MAY INCLUDE A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED
POSTCARD FOR VERIFICATION. 

B).- IF YOU HAVE A MAP FROM LAST YEAR OR DO NOT NEED TO SEE THE ADDITIONAL
AREAS, YOU MAY PROCEED TO "FINAL REQUESTS".

BY JUNE 29,1996, YOU WILL SEND TO EDWARD AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS, THE
FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND ITEMS: (HARDCOPY LAS REGISTRATION)

1).- ON A PLAIN, WHITE, 8.5" X 11" PIECE OF PAPER (PLEASE, NO LETTERHEADS, PERSONAL NOTES OR EXPLANATIONS ON THIS REQUEST), THE FOLLOWING, TYPEWRITTEN INFORMATION, IN THIS ORDER:

2).- INCLUDE TWO(2) SELF-ADDRESSED-STAMPED POSTCARDS. THESE WILL BE USED
TO VERIFY THAT I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FINAL REQUEST AND THAT I HAVE SENT
YOUR FINAL PACKET AND INSTRUCTIONS TO YOU. 

3).- INCLUDE ONE(1) SELF-ADDRESSED-STAMPED,BUSINESS SIZE ENVELOPE WITH
$0.32 CENT STAMP. THIS WILL BE USED TO MAIL TO YOU YOUR FINAL PACKET AND
INSTRUCTIONS

4).- IF YOU WISH TO WRITE A NOTE OR OTHER INFORMATION, PLEASE INCLUDE THIS
ON A SEPARATE PIECE OF PAPER. IF YOU PUT IT ON THE ABOVE REQUEST, I WILL
SEND IT BACK TO YOU AS BEING NOT IN THE PROPER FORMAT AND THIS COULD COST
YOU A SPACE. 

5).- IF YOU DO NOT REQUEST A SPACE OR FAIL TO MEET DEADLINES, DO NOT SHOW
UP AT THE WAR UNTIL SUNDAY AUGUST 4TH,1996. WE WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH
NON-REGISTERED GROUPS UNTIL THEN. 

6).- SINGLE CAMPERS WISHING TO BE ABLE TO SET UP ON AUGUST 4TH,1996, MUST COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE PROCEDURES TO BE INCLUDED IN THE DISTRIBUTION. SPECIAL AREAS WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR THIS PURPOSE OTHERWISE, WAIT UNTIL SUNDAY TO SHOW UP.

7).- ELECTRONIC RESERVATION IS POSSIBLE THIS YEAR. IF YOU WISH A FORM
PLEASE SEE http://www.whitebelt.com/pennsic - YOU WILL FIND A FORM THERE
IN THE PROPER FORMAT. FILL OUT THIS FORM AND SEND IT TO: 
viscount@whitebelt.com - YOU WILL THEN BE "ON THE LIST-AS BEING INTERESTED
AND IT WILL HELP IN THE PLANNING - BUT....UNTIL YOU SEND THE HARD COPIES
YOU WILL NOT BE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED AND WILL BE TREATED THE SAME AS
SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT REGISTER AND/OR MISSES THE HARD COPY DEADLINES. THERE
WILL BE GIVEN NO PREFERENCE TO THOSE WHO USE THE ELECTRONIC OPTION. THIS
OPTION IS A TOOL TO AID IN EARLY PLANNING. I ASSURE PEOPLE THAT THE
HARDCOPY REGISTRATIONS WILL BE TREATED AS THE ONLY "OFFICIAL" ONES THAT
WILL DETERMINE FINAL COUNT AND PLACEMENT. 

8).- PLEASE DO NOT WRITE TO ME ASKING ABOUT CLASSES,MERCHANTING,BATTLE
PLANS,FEE STRUCTURES,AIRPORT TAXI'S OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT DOES NOT PERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY TO CAMPING. I THINK, MAYBE I HAVE MY HANDS FULL WITH JUST
TRYING TO DO THE LAND ALLOCATION. IN SERVICE TO PENNSIC AND THE SCA,

9). - I HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED BY THE AUTOCRAT, THE MAYOR OF PENNSIC, BARON
IAN, THAT ANYONE WHO HARRASSES HIS WIFE, WHO IS NOT INVOLVED WITH ANY OF
THIS "RUNNING OF PENNSIC THING" WILL END UP CAMPED AS FAR AWAY FROM HIS
ENCAMPMENT AS POSSIBLE!!!! I'VE TRIED TO TELL HIM THAT MORRAINE STATE PARK
IS NOT A VIABLE OPTION.  :-)
